What started as a childhood hobby became something real when I launched Sweets by Alexandria as a full-scale bakery kiosk at The Streets at Southpoint Mall in Durham, NC. I managed every detail from recipe development and operations to sales, marketing, and customer experience. My mom was my partner in the kitchen, the steady hands beside mine, the one who made the long days feel lighter.

Over three years, we baked more than 50,000 cupcakes with intention and care. Through an uncompromising dedication to craft, we earned the trust of our community.
